- Refactor existing tests to use a shared mock engine fixture.
- Add tests for unsupported response formats.
- Add tests for engine synthesis failures.
- Add tests for 'engine:model_id' parsing in the 'model' parameter.
- Add tests for different audio response formats (opus, flac).
